This complex is unfortunately not for PhD students and working people.The studios are in one of the nine buildings on the site. There is a large common room in the main building 182, which all residents can use and you can study, relax or socialize with your fellow housemates. A launderette is available in each building. For this, you install the Pay2Wash app, so you can use the washing and drying machines for a fee.We offer a contract of up to 24 months and our properties are rented by availability date in the advertisement, it is not possible to change this. The bus stop is within walking distance of the complexes. By bus, you can reach Maastricht Central Station within 10 minutes. There is also a small shopping center nearby including a supermarket and a drugstore.
