Studio of 14 m² in Maastricht

The start date of our contracts correspond to the availability date in the advertisement. It is not possible, for example, to start the contract only several weeks or months later.We have several self-contained studios available immediately, these come with their own kitchen and bathroom. In addition, the studios are fully upholstered and furnished so you can move right in! This complex is unfortunately not for PhD students and working people.The studios are in one of the nine buildings on the site. There is a large common room in the main building 182, which all residents can use and you can study, relax or socialize with your fellow housemates. A launderette is available in each building. For this, you install the Pay2Wash app, so you can use the washing and drying machines for a fee.We offer a contract of up to 24 months and our properties are rented by availability date in the advertisement, it is not possible to change this. The bus stop is within walking distance of the complexes. By bus, you can reach Maastricht Central Station within 10 minutes. There is also a small shopping center nearby including a supermarket and a drugstore.
