For this location, we have self-contained studios for rent. The studio' have their own kitchen with fridge, combi microwave, hob and extractor. In addition, the studios have their own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink with mirror. Also good to know is that this location is close to the campus, ideal right?Besides your own space, the complex also offers communal areas where you can study, relax or socialise with your housemates through a game of chess, darts or pool and an outdoor terrace with views over the water.  A communal laundry room is available and a communal kitchen perfect for shared meals or cooking together. We offer an indefinite contract with a minimum rental period of 12 months for both students and working people. The fixed rent includes water, electricity, heating and of course internet.
