Studio of 75 m² in Delft

We are subletting our nice house in Delft Tanthof from the 26th of November until the 15th of December. We would love to find a responsible and calm person to stay at our house.The house is fully furnished, 75m2 big and with a beautiful garden. Its next to a small cute park and a big nature area where you can do nice hikes. The house is on 2 floors and consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and kitchen.The rent will be 1200 Euros/month (exclusive: w/g/e/ internet) plus a 300 Euro deposit (refunded at the end). The utility costs are 300€/month extra. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood closeby TU Delft Campus (5 to 10 minute bike ride) .Youll be living in a court where youre surrounded by people that rely on each other.
