A Popular and quiet location in Amsterdam West around the corner from Plein 40-45, near the Gerbrandypark and the Sloterplas / Sloterpark. You can have a boat on the waterfront and from there you can reach the Amsterdam canals and Sloterplas! For daily shopping you can go to the shopping center next to the building, where there are numerous shops (including an Albert Heijn, Hema, Blokker, Etos, etc.). There is also (except on Mondays) a daily market on Plein 40-45 and in the vicinity various shops, restaurants and cafes.
Layout:
Through the spacious and bright entrance you reach the apartment which is located on the second floor. The hall gives access to all rooms. The living room is located at the rear, is very spacious and bright with large windows at the back and the side of the apartment, the living room gives an open view over water and the Gebrandypark. From the living room you can reach the sunny balcony, which is south facing.
The semi-open kitchen has various (built-in) appliances: oven, 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher and extractor.
