The apartment is located in front of Artis Zoo. It's nice and quiet here. You can hear the noises of the elephants, lions and monkeys.

The buildings on this street were warehouses in the 18th century. Currently, most of the lower floors are being used as office spaces.
The Apartment
This apartment is officially an office space. Therefore, registration at the municipality is NOT possible.
Front: This is the working, dining, and front living area. The simple kitchen is at the back (middle of the apartment) (two cooking pits, fridge, no dishwasher). The bathroom is also simple, with a toilet and shower.
Back: Behind the doors in the middle of the apartment, you will find another living area. In the back, you will find a sleeping couch with a double bed.
Rental Conditions
Rental Period: Available from 18 November until 31 May 2025. If you like the apartment but need to stay till the end of June or end of July, please let us know.
Suitability: Ideal for a single person or a couple. Not suitable for sharing.
Pets: Not allowed.
