I'm renting my cozy & clean apartment located about 3 minutes walk from Kronenburg tram stop for the months of April-October with a potential to extend further. You can reach Zuid in 15 minutes, or the city centre of Amsterdam in 30 minutes by tram. Rent is 1700 (all included). You will have about 68m2 plus a huge balcony of 10m2 space for yourself during this time. The room itself is about 15m2 and fully equipped with a double bed, drawer, desk, office chair and built-in wardrobe space. The apartment is also fully equipped and will be provided as such, so I can't accommodate a lot of extra furniture to be added. Supermarkets (Jumbo & AH) are 5-10 minute walk away. Deposit: 1500, to be paid when you reserve the place and you will get it back at the end of your stay. No smokers, drugs, parties or pets allowed. The apartment is located in a calm and quiet area, so this is ideal for people who prefer calmness and nature over parties. The Amsterdam forest is about 20 minutes walk away. Viewings will be held as of next week - the first eligible viewer who puts down the deposit will get to move in. Official move-in date is 1 April. There is paid parking around the house but I can register your car as a guest vehicle - comes down to about 20 euro cost / month.
