1 kamer van 10 m² in Groningen

Hello! From July 1st a room will become available in our apartment. The room is around 10 m2 and has its own sink. It comes with furniture (bed, desk, cupboard, wardrobe, chair) as well so you don't have to worry about that and only bring your mattress:) You would be sharing the kitchen, shower and the toilet with 2 other women. The rent is 375 euro including energy costs + 12.14 euro for internet so that makes 387.14 euro in total per month. There is also a deposit of 375 euro, and the contract is indefinite. You would be living with me (Chiara, 27, Germany) and (Zu, 25, Slovakia). We both are working and studying (in our Master’s and PhD), but apart from that both like reading and exercising. So we’re quite chill housemates. We are looking for a woman who is also at least in their Masters to match our routines :) We're also vegetarian/vegan so if you are too that's a plus (but you don't have to be). We don't have a common area so there's not much space to socialize, but we‘re always down for a chat on our small balcony or the hallway.
