I'm looking for a working woman to rent my apartment from 5 July, not before. The maximum stay is till 15 September, not after. The apartment is on the 5th floor in Amsterdam Centrum-East (Oostenburg). The address indicated on this add is only a reference, I will give you the exact address once we agree on the visit. The picture is merely an indication of the style of the apartment. Apartment: the apartment complex is brand new and the house is fully furnished with new and modern furniture and fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine etc.) There is a large balcony with plenty of light/sun during the whole day. Area: the area is very nice, Oostenburg is a location with brand new apartment complexes and some shops/restaurants near the Czaar Peterbuurt and Dapperbuurt. There is a gym located right next to the apartment complex. The tram station Rietlandpark is on 5 minutes walking distance and only 3 stops away from Central Station. Price: included in your rent are all utilities (water, electricity, heating, garbage collection, community costs and so on), fast internet and television (1000 Mbit/s download 100Mbit/s upload), a parking spot in the secured Q park garage 1 minute from the building. Deposit and contract: The deposit amounts to EUR 2,000. In order to create a comfortable exchange for both parties we will arrange a contract for this amount so that you also have security regarding the deposit and I will have security regarding the facilities in the house.
