You can start to live from 7/17 or 8/1 [Short term stay] th : my bedroom(small bedroom, 12m2) rent during my summer vacation - 40eur/day [Long term stay] 8/1- 2-3months first- and then indefinite contract or flexible : looking for a housemate for the big bedrom(20m2) - Rent 975eur + G/W/E/internet - 220eur - Deposit : 1600eur - Entire house : 80m2 **Please read carefully > the most preferred candidate : who can do both short/long term stay.
