I am Juan-Carlos, living in Amsterdam for 28 years and working in the health care. It is a room at a nice cosy house in Amsterdam zuid in Buitenveldert , the room is 20 sq mt on the second floor (at the garden side). Kitchen and Bathroom are to share with the me (home owner). Very clean, organised and non-smoking inside is a pre. Very close to big parks and gyms. The neighborhood is agreeable, clean, safe and quiet. The room is for maximum 3 months, from April 1st. All services are included.
