The apartment Located on the 7th floor with windows on the north and south side. So you always have a relaxing view with plenty of sunlight. The apartment is recently renovated, equipped with all essential furniture and has plenty of spare space. The apartment is relatively sustainable for it's age. It doesn't have a gas connection. Cooking is electric. The apartment is also equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, television and soundbar. The surrounding Area The green neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, while the shopping centre (Groenhof) is at a walking distance. The tram and bus station, three big supermarkets and various hospitalities are within 10 min walking distance. By bike and tram you can reach the city centre of Amsterdam in 30 minutes, however Amstelveen has it's own beautiful and fun places to explore! Ideal candidate Due to circumstances of my mother I will not be able to stay at this apartment, which I recently moved to. During this time I hope to find someone that can enjoy the place and partly relief me from my monthly costs. Depending on your preference we can make specific agreements.
