Ideal for students, PhD, researchers or young professionals looking for comfort and convenience in Utrecht. The house (~145m2)-3 bedrooms-2 toilets with a nice garden (~70m2) has a friendly and calm atmosphere. I (the owner) live in the house, and one room is rented to an international law student at Utrecht University. We are both females.
