I am temporarily renting out 5 months a furnished room in my home in Utrecht, available from April 1st, 2026 until 31st of August 2026 (start date is flexible) and registration is possible. You will be sharing the house with me (homeowner, professional, 38 yo). The atmosphere is respectful and friendly, ideal for young professionals. The room is bright, located in a quiet area with good connections to the city center. Distance to city center/ station by bike is less than 10 minutes. Room is 26 m2 with private bathroom and private shower for yourself. The room comes with a 160cm bed and a new bought matras in ikea. Common areas are the living room and kitchen. House is equipped with all appliances. No subletting is allowed. Looking for tidy and reliable tenant. Looking for someone tidy, respectful and of course from time to time cook something together or watch something, or simply catch up with life ;) A bit about me: I am Oscar, from Spain, living in Utrecht for some time.
