Hi all! A cozy and furnished room near Erasmus University is available for female students. The apartment has an ideal location since it is near the university and public transport: 5 minutes walking to Erasmus University, 4 minutes walking to the supermarket and public transport. There are three trams (nr. 21, 24, 7) right around the corner that will bring you to the city center or central station. Lastly, it is only 10 minutes biking to Blaak/city center. In short: - Supermarket, universities and 3 trams are all within 5 minutes walking - The room 23m2 is furnished with: --- Ergonomic adjustable chair --- Ergonomic sit-stand desk from Ergotron --- Sofa --- TV --- Large bed --- closet - Rent is 960€ month incl. gas/water/electricity/internet - Living/kitchen room (incl.
