Hi! I’m Alina, 30 years old, and I’m looking for a nice flatmate to share a home with in Amsterdam. I’m looking for a female flatmate around my age (28-31), who is working, easygoing, tidy, and also enjoys creating a cozy and friendly home together. The start date is around May 1st, but this can be a bit flexible and confirmed later. Please note that a stable income is required, as the agency will run an employment check. A bit about me: I’ve lived in different parts of the world and moved to Amsterdam a little over a year ago. I work as an architect with a regular 9-6 schedule. In my free time, I enjoy going out with friends, visiting museums, and reading. At home, I really value a calm and welcoming atmosphere where we can both relax and feel at ease after a long day. I’m easygoing, respectful, and like to keep things clean and peaceful during the week, while still being social from time to time, whether that’s a coffee, a chat, or dinner together. Ideally, I’d love to live with someone I can also become good friends with over time. The house is a cozy 2-bedroom apartment with a shared living room and kitchen, located on the ground floor with a private entrance. It’s in the lovely Westerpark neighborhood, just 5 minutes from Jordaan, quiet, safe, and full of cute cafés and restaurants. The available room is small (around 9 sqm) but cozy, with a view of the private garden. It comes furnished with a bed, shelves, wardrobe, mirror, and curtains.
