1-slaapkamer studio van 40 m² in Amsterdam

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: I rent a studio to a MALE in my own house (three floors). It is in the basement with the view to my garden. You will have your own entrance, bathroom (incl. toilet) and we will share a kitchen and washing machine. Im not cooking often though. Registration possible. First contract for six months. Then it will be prolonged every six months if interest from both sides. Parking possible around the house - In Amsterdam - it is paid but much cheaper than in the surroundings. No smoking in the house and also not in front of the house. No pets allowed. Price includes gas, electricity, water, internet. If there will be any damages or casualties, it will be deducted from the deposit.
