The total rent for the apartment is currently a little under €2000/month, though this could change slightly depending on the new contract from the landlord. Therefore, the new tenant must be able to show around €4000 gross monthly income with a work contract of minimum 6 months. The room rent is currently around €1070/month excluding utilities. Including utilities it is currently around €1200/month, though this may vary slightly and will need to be finalized with the landlord once the new contract is prepared.
