The apartment Located on the 7th floor, with windows on the north and south side. So you always have a relaxing view with plenty of sunlight. The apartment is recently renovated, equipped with all essential furniture and has plenty of spare space. The apartment is relatively sustainable for its age. It doesnt have a gas connection. Cooking is electric. The apartment is also equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, television and soundbar. The surrounding AreaThe green neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, while the shopping centre (Groenhof) has everything you need. The tram and bus station, three big supermarkets, the shopping mall and various hospitalities are within 10 min walking distance. By bike and tram you can reach the inner parts of Amsterdam within 30 minutes, however Amstelveen has its own city centre and many other beautiful and fun places to explore! Ideal candidateDue to circumstances I wont be able to stay at this apartment, which I recently moved to, for approximately 3 months.
