1 room of 82m² in Amsterdam

Hi all, Two of our roommates are leaving the apartment by the end of July, and we're looking for someone to join the apartment starting August 1st. We are looking for a woman (international is preferred) who is in need of a housing situation this summer. If you fit the description, feel free to send me a message :) My roommate and I would appreciate someone who is tidy, respects each other's privacy and need for a quiet space, and who is comfortable with sharing a bathroom with another person. We also all share a kitchen which has all the amenities needed. The apartment is located in Amsterdam Oost, a 2 minute walking distance from Javaplein and a 5 minute walking distance from Dappermarkt. There are many coffee/matcha places around, as well as bars, restaurants and supermarkets. It is also located next to a canal, on a quiet street. The room is luminous and faces west and has a really nice view of the city. We also have a semi-balcony that you can enjoy when the sun is out. :) Registration is possible !
