1 room studio of 50 m² in Amsterdam

Hi lovely people! I am subletting my sunny cozy fully furnished 50 m2 apartment in BoLo (Bos en Lommer), super close to Amsterdam Sloterdijk. It’s on the second floor with one typical Amsterdam steepy stairs. Not that bad though. Good for daily exercise.The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. It’s only a minute away from the supermarket. Shopping center Bos en Lommerplein is just three blocks away. We have direct access to tram 7, 19, and the bus 21. Though now they temporarily changed the tram 19 routr with bus 15 until February 2025. Train and metro station Amsterdam Sloterdijk is within walking distance (1 km away). The nearest park is Westerpark and Erasmuspark. Available between period 10 February 2025 to 10 April 2025; although it’s also possible to extend until August 2025; for 1 person only. Monthly price 1500 euro and deposit 2 months rental. Including all utilities (reasonable use; as gas is getting higher now in NL) and wifi.Smoking outside of the building and no shoes inside policy. Also no loud house party unfortunately. My preference is for a neat, clean, and responsible person who can take a good care of the apartment.
