Internationals preferred. Preferably 2/3/6 months. No minimum. Brandnew studio. City center and within walking distance from all facilities such as Central Station, University, bars, restaurants, market etc. Studio on ground floor and totally autonomous. Bike, WiFi, winecooler, Netflix, pans, airconditioning, filled fridge and everything you need included. Just bring your clothing and a toothbrush. All-included but excessive use of electricity (average of over 400 kWh per month) will be charged 0,35 ct per kWh.
