1 room of 12m² in Amsterdam

Located right in front of the tram stop on the IJburglaan and right in front of multiple shops like Albert Heijn, Etos, Bruna, Bagels & Beans, Holland & Barrett, Action etc etc. It’s 1 tram to central station and it takes 8 minutes. The house is owned by a 33 year old woman who lives with her 10 year old daughter. The preference therefore goes to a woman, and to someone who agrees with and understands that it is not permitted to receive or host strangers in the house other than the tenant. The studio is spacious and has a large window that can be opened. It has its own private bathroom, a small private kitchenette, and an additional small hallway. The only shared facilities are the toilet and the main entrance.
