The living/sleeping area (12 m², including an open kitchen) is located at the front and even offers some view of the Maas. The open kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, extractor hood, and refrigerator. At the rear of the studio, you will find the bathroom, which includes a separate toilet, sink, and shower cabin. The bathroom also offers space to place a (wardrobe) closet.
