I’m looking for someone to take over my SSH Short Stay contract for a lovely, fully furnished room in Groningen. 🏡 The Room The room is bright, spacious, and very cozy vibe (see photos!). The apartment itself is very calm, but you can invite someone over anyime:) It comes fully furnished, including: Bed Desk & chair Wardrobe / storage ---Only the vanity and the grey furniture wont stay here Bathroom includes everything as it is:) +lots of natural light It truly feels like home and is perfect for a student who wants a comfortable, peaceful space with: 📍 Location 3 mins away from Zernike campus and ACLO, supermarkets just across the street, 5mins from Noorderplantsoen. 💰 Rent & Details Total rent: €796.89 per month (all-inclusive) Includes utilities, internet, service costs, and furniture SSH Short Stay contract Fully furnished – no extra costs 📅 Contract Period Start: I would possibly move out latest by the end of January, so the room will be available either from February 1st or March 1st.
