1 room of 12m² in The Hague

Hello, I am currently leaving my room to a place closer to my University and I am looking for someone to replace me. The room has almost 13m2, with a bed that is extendible, a long secretary, a sink, a wardrobe and other accessories. Besides that, it has a balcony. The toilet, bathroom and kitchen are shared with other 3 tenants. I had a really good relationship with them, as they were really welcoming and helped me with anything I needed. I am sure that you would have a great experience with them aswell :) The rent is 750€ plus 85€ of utilities, so 835€, and the deposit is 750€. The room is available immediately and it is possible to visit the room, you just have to tell me your availability :) If you have any questions, don’t hesitate asking.
