The room is available between 8-19 July for a minimum stay of 6 months. Registration with the municipality is possible. #PRICE & AVAILABILITY -basic rent: €877 -estimated other expences: €158 (prepay with rent, refund or charge the shortfall at the end -deposit: 1month's rent (€1035) #ROOM -private room(11.2m2) in two-bedroom apartment(81m2) on 1st floor, elevator is available, 7mins walking to Blaak -funished: fully furnished -registration with municipality is possible -energy label: A+ -address: Rotterdam #MANDATORY -1 person -min 6months -no smoking at all (inside/outside) -female work professional aged 28-40 (employer statement and 3month's payslip are required for signing the contract -keep clean -no party, keep quiet during 11pm-7am #UNDER_MUTUAL_AGREEMENT -extension of the contract (for another 6 months) -invite friends/family come home or overnight Pm if interested to schedule a viewing!
