1 room of 72m² in Enschede

A room is available in a 5-room apartment (3 bedrooms, a bright living room, and a central room) in Enschede. The room is 7 sqm, unfurnished, with a balcony. The flat is in a quiet street 1 min away by bike from several supermarkets, incl. AH, Jumbo and Aldi and 15 min away from the University of Twente. The flat has been shared by the current tenant and me, but as it has five rooms, I am renting out one extra room (in another ad). The rooms will be available after the first week of February. I am born and raised in Spain and for the last 10 years I lived in Copenhagen, Berlin and Vienna before I moved to the NL. I am working as a chemist and I enjoy swimming, learning languages and cooking.
