The house is being renovated, but this room on the first floor is ready and tidy and everything is new. The bathroom, toilet and kitchen are on the ground floor and you have to share this. There is some work going on in the house, but often between 9am and 7pm, so you may be bothered by this. The rental period is for a short period of time because we will be living in it ourselves.
