A single room is opening up in our lovely international house, available April 1st! The house is situated on Leijdsweg - Its a quiet residential street that is just off the ring road. Its a walk away from a large jumbo, 8 minute cycle to Saxion and 18 minute cycle to University of Twente. Further east/northeast you can go on some really nice nature walks! The house has a big living room, equipped kitchen, a sweet garden, and an unofficial roof terrace. You will share the home with 4 other (currently) international students. The room available is on the second floor. It is on the north side of the house keeping it relatively cool in summer, buy still allowing natural light to enter the room. The room comes furnished with a bed with a mattress, desk and cabinet. The room becomes available April 1st. The cost for the room is as follows: Base rent: €385, utilities: €68 making for a total of €453 per month inclusive. The deposit is €500.
