1 room of 20m² in The Hague

Room available per direct in shared house, 10 minutes walk from Moerwijk station. City center and THUAS are also within 10-15 mins of biking away. Looking for a student girl, preferably in her first years of study, to take over my room. You will live with 6 other students (4 guys, 2 other girls) from various universities. Everyone does their own stuff but we enjoy having a chat in the kitchen every once in a while. The contract is for 2 years with possibility of extension after that. Utilities are around 50 euro per month. I will arange viewings preferably this weekend or maybe next week.
