It is possible to stay longer for at least one month when I have returned so we can share the house. the price then will be 875 pm all incl.I have a very cozy living room separated from the kitchen with a bar to take your breakfast on or hang around while cooking. On the first floor theres one bedroom, a little office on the sunside and shower. The attic has another bedroom and laundry room. Theres a lovely and deep garden on the south as well. This house is for someone that is looking for a quiet and warm refuge, who loves to hibernate throughout the winter. Its in a lovely neighborhood, surrounded with nice and trendy cafes and restaurants. Its very peaceful and quiet. Central Station is 8 minutes southwards on bike. The metro (Noord - Zuidlijn) takes you into the heart of Amsterdam within 3 minutes. The beautiful Dutch landscapes of Vermeer or Van Gogh paintings are only 10 minutes away on bike.No smoking, no parties, no animals, no other guests than agreed.
