1 room apartment of 55m² in Amsterdam

Hello! I am renting out my beautiful apartment in Amsterdam-East, in the Indische Buurt. I am looking to rent it for two months initially, but there is a possibility to rent it more long term after that first period. Ideally, I am looking for a single person, over 30 and working. Registration for the first months is not possible, as it is a short term lease. However, should we decide to prolong it for more long term, registration would be no problem. The place is very spacious and peaceful, and is on the 4th and top floor, with windows all around, making it very bright. There is no noise from the street or from neighbours. The flat comes furnished and has everything you need in the kitchen. It has a king size bed with a very comfortable mattress (of good quality). There is a washing machine in the bath room. The location is perfect: in a quiet street between the lively Javaplein and the Flevopark. There are excellent connections by tram and bus (stops within walking distance) and train (Muiderpoort station).
