*4 Days Shared Apartment, 3 Days on Your Own (Registration Available)* Hi everyone! My name is Costanza, I’m 25 and working full-time. I’ve just secured this beautiful apartment in Amsterdam and I’m really excited about it! I’m looking for a flatmate for the 15–20m² bedroom, ideally someone easy to live with who values a balanced and respectful shared-living dynamic. The arrangement would be approximately 4 days per week living together and 3 days per week having the apartment entirely to yourself, as I regularly work in another city. Registration is possible. Below you’ll find more details about the apartment, about me, and about the kind of flatmate I’m hoping to find, along with a few questions to get to know each other better. 🏡 The apartment •⁠ Recently renovated and well maintained •⁠ Unfurnished (as shown in the pictures) except for the fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher :D, fridge, stove, oven + microwave. •⁠ I’ll bring essentials for the common areas (sofa, wardrobe, table, chairs). You would furnish your own bedroom. •⁠ You’ll have the bedroom, while I’ll sleep in the living room. I'm trying to find a wall bed which can be folded when I leave, but it's proving tricky. •⁠ Registration as co-occupant is available. •⁠ Minimum stay: 1 year. •⁠ Deposit: 2000 •⁠ City tax excluded. •⁠ Rent includes utilities, internet, service costs, and gym membership, private bike parking.
