1 room of 12m² in Amsterdam

As my current roommate is moving out, I am looking for a new roommate from 1st of March (there is an option to rent the room from mid-February). The contract is long-term and registration is possible. A rental period of 1 year or longer is desired. The apartment is furnished, and your room comes with a bed, a mattress, sheets, bed linen and a wardrobe. Your room is facing the garden side, so it's quiet and relaxing. It is also spacious enough to add a desk and a chair. You will be living with me, Sandra! I am 30 and work in Business Development for a company in Amsterdam Zuid. I am German and moved to Amsterdam three years ago for work. Generally, I travel a lot, both for work and personally. That means you will have a lot of personal space in our flat share. It goes without saying that it would be great to find someone who also likes to spend an evening at home, just chatting, watching a TV show or doing a cooking session together. I also like to go to meet-ups, so you are most welcome to join! The flat is in Amsterdam Rivierenbuurt, located in a quiet, residential area with nice restaurants, boutiques, supermarkets, etc. We also have a small balcony situated towards the back of the building (garden area). The subway station Europaplein is within ~10min walking distance and you will be in Amsterdam Zuid within 10min biking distance (or even less).
