1 room of 70m² in Enschede

I'm looking for a roommate to share a 5-room apartment (2 bedrooms, a bright living room, a multi-propose room and a "versatile" central room) in Enschede. The available room is 11 sqm, unfurnished, with a balcony. The flat is in a quiet street 1 min away by bike to several supermarkets, incl. AH, Jumbo and Aldi and 15 min away from the UT. I am looking for a roommate that could move in after the first week of February. I am from Spain and working as a chemist. During the weekdays I usually have my afternoons full with after-work activities (swimming, etc), but I would enjoy a beer in the flat from time to time!
