Hello, I’m looking for a new tenant for my current room as I am moving to another house from February 1st (might be able to start from January 15th if urgent, but I have to ask the landlord). The location is Concoordiastraat 38 and the net price is 495.15 per month including gas, water, electricity and internet. The room is fully furnished. Kitchen, bathroom, and shower are shared with 3 other roommates. Two fridges and other kitchen utilities, as well as cleaning materials and a laundry machine, are shared.
