The house is spread over two floors and includes four rooms: one bedroom, one additional room that can be used as a home office or second bedroom, a separate living room, and a large open space with kitchen. The house also has a garden and is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including heating and bicycles. Two very calm and friendly cats will stay in the house during the sublet period and only need to be fed twice a day. We are looking for a responsible person or couple to enjoy the house and take good care of it during our absence.
