1 room studio of 54 m² in Nijmegen

I'm going to travel for three or four months and it's a shame to leave my place empty. It is very nice in the heart of Nijmegen and especially in the summer months, with a balcony and close to the terraces of the center. Everything is for yourself, although my/your toilet is on the shared corridor, so you don't have to share the toilet itself. Two other residents live in the building who also have an apartment of their own and are nice people. The landlord is on the ground floor with his office, so I am looking for someone quiet and takes into account that work has to be done among them.
