1 room of 30m² in Enschede

We are Emma (20), Silvia (20), and Giulia (19), three Italian first-year students at the University of Twente studying Industrial Design Engineering. We enjoy spending time together but also value our own space and privacy. As we are an all-girls house, we are looking for a female tenant who would fit well with us. We are looking for someone who is clean, easy-going, respectful of other people's space, and comfortable in a friendly but relaxed household where everyone has their own routine and independence. A spacious and bright 30 m² room is available from the 16th of August 2026 on the ground floor of our shared house in Enschede. The room gets plenty of natural light, and one of the toilets is located on the same floor. The house is conveniently located: the city center is 5 minutes away by bike, the University of Twente 12 minutes, Saxion 8 minutes, and a Jumbo supermarket only 2 minutes away. The house has two toilets, one bathroom with a new shower, a fully furnished living room, and a kitchen with two fridges, a freezer, and several appliances. A washing machine and dryer are also available. Gas, water, and electricity are included in the rent. Internet is shared separately among the housemates. Registration at the municipality is possible.
