Student enrollment at UvT or Fontys and guarantor required. The room is on the 2nd floor, nice, bright and airy, with plenty of storage space. You will share the completely equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, oven etc. and the two bathrooms in the house with four other sociable housemates. Use of washing machine / dryer and a lovely garden with a good sized bike shed. The area is residential, all shops are close. Talent square is just 2 minutes walk. Cycling to the university takes just 10 minutes. WIFI is provided too and throughout the house available at no extra costs. The rent is 680 euro incl. bills per month. Everything is there towels, bedlinnen bathrobe. All you have to bring is your suitcase. Dedicated to studies, respectful female Master student, who is a Non-smoker preferred. Age: 23 - 27 years.
