1 room of 15m² in Eindhoven

Dear all, From May 1st we have a funished room available in the city center of Eindhoven on the Willem the Zwijgerstraat. The room is 15m2 . The room is furnished and provided with fridge, microwave, bed, desk, TV, couch, closets and a sink with hot and cold water. Furthermore, the house has a kitchen, bathroom with toilet, seperate toilet, roofterrace and garden, which are shared by 5 other international students and expats. The price is € 640eu per month INCLUDING a payment for gas, water and electricity and furniture. We are looking for someone who is excellent at keeping the room clean. Registration is possible. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. No drugs allowed. No pets allowed. Please send a message if you are interested in a viewing.
