The apartment is located in Wyck, very conveniently located relative to the Central Station and the Center, with a view of the Maas. Two of the three rooms in the house are available. The third room is currently rented. The apartment is not in very neat condition. Tidy tenants are desired. Rent is exclusive of gas, water, and electricity.
