1 room student apartment of 9m² in Groningen

Girls only :), 23+ Hello! From March 1st a room will become available in our apartment. The room is 9m2 and has its own sink. It comes with furniture as well, but you will have to get your own mattress. You would be sharing the kitchen, shower and the toilet with 2 other people. The rent is 375 euro including energy costs + 12.14 euro for internet so that makes 387.14 euro in total per month. There is also a deposit of 375 euro, and the contract is indefinite. You would be living with me (Zu, 25, Slovakia), and Chiara (26, Germany). We’re a chill household, and we’re both further in our studies and past our party days, so we’re looking for someone similar. We’re also vegetarian/vegan so if you are too that’s a plus (but you don’t have to be). We don’t have a common area so there’s not much space to socialize, but I’m always down for a hallway chat <3. We also have a strict cleaning schedule. We need someone clean, so if you’re messy, don’t respond to the ad. We’re looking for a clean, organized and quiet-ish person that’s further in their studies.
