Hi’ I’m a single dad, coparenting two boys, they are 2days a week with me. Therefore I am seeking someone that can respect and understand my situation. The neighbourhood is absolutely amazing and I’m looking to rent the room for minimum of 3months with the potential to extend if all goes smoothly.
