1 room of 22m² in Groningen

Hi! I’m moving out of my room in Groningen, located about 5 minutes by bike from the university and 10 minutes from the city center. You share the bathroom and toilet only with one person, as there are two bathrooms in this house. The house also has a garden and a table for cozy meals during warm times. I’m looking for someone who can keep things tidy, because even though this is student housing, all my roommates like to keep the shared spaces clean. Please note: you will need to take over (buy) my furniture.
