1 room studio of 32 m² in Groningen

Hi everyone! From April I will be traveling for a few months and therefore want to sublet my nice studio. The studio contains two separate areas: the bedroom and the kitchen/living room. These two spaces together are a total of 32 m2. In addition, there is also a very large roof terrace, which only the resident of the studio can enter. The toilet and shower are shared with 1 other person. The furniture in the studio will remain, but the personal things will of course be taken out.
