1 room studio of 85 m² in Utrecht

Due to a stay abroad, my apartment is available for two months. I am looking for one or two workers who would like to live here temporarily, and take care of my two gerbils and my plants. The recently renovated apartment consists of a living room, spacious bedroom, guest room/home office, kitchen, toilet, bathroom, junk room and balcony. Given its location above the Smaragdplein shopping center, all facilities are literally around the corner, including a bus stop. The Ledig Erf, Vaartsche Rijn station and the Beatrixpark are within walking distance. The center and Central Station are 10 minutes by bike. The gerbils stay in a terrarium in the living room. They are fairly low maintenance: every day / every other day some food and fresh water and cleaning every 2-3 weeks, and then it will be fine. Does it sound like something to you?
