De Plesman Residences are brand new serviced apartments, ideally situated between The Hague’s city center and the beach. The iconic building once designed to host the KLM Headquarters, is moving into her next chapter, continuing the tradition of connecting people from around the globe. This national monument is being transformed into a beautiful place to live. As a resident you will experience high quality services, warm stylish interiors, comfort and convenience. De Plesman Residences are easily accessible by car and public transport, connecting you to the beach, city centre and the highway in less than 15 minutes. The rental price is seasonal and depending on the total rental period (the longer you rent, the more favorable the rental price!) and therefore subject to change. We like to inform you about the actual rental prices. The indicated rental price is for a duration between 4-6 months. TYPE A (for dimensions see floorplan) Fully furnished 1-bedroom apartments on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor of approx 58 m², living with sofa bed, fully equipped open kitchen, bedroom with double bed and bathroom.
