1 room of 35m² in Amsterdam

Preliminary note: I rent this three-rooms apatment and search for one co-tenant to share the rental-agreement. Starting date 1 April 2026 We will rent together this three rooms apartment with shared kitchen + shared sanitary facilities. This is not self-contained one room accommodation and not room rental! You get your own bedroom including a sink to do your dishes plus an extra shower in your room. In our diningroom we share the cooking equipment, the washer, dryer, dishwasser bur each we have our own fridge and closets We share one bathroom with bath + 1e toilet plus an 2e extra separate toilet-unit. You discuss with me what your share will be in the housing costs and the security deposit. After all, the owner does not rent out per room. I offer you pay as your part basic rent € 840,00 plus 50% of our bills € 300,00 approximatly. Total you pay to me € 990,00 and I pay the total rent to the property owner plus the € 300,00 bills. You become the second co-tenant; you are NOT a lodging tenant (hospita). The rooms are furnished with closets + curtains, lights. Bed, sofa, table, chairs are flexible. You can bring your own or use mine. The rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen will be fully professionally cleaned. Available for immediate occupancy from 1 April 2026. Cleaning and maintenance of the inventory are our tenants responsibility. Painting of walls, ceiling, and doors is a tenant’s responsibility. We pay the additional housing costs ourself: energy + water supply + cleaning of common areas, internet, water authority tax, waste collection tax.
